Having analyzed the work of many European airline companies, operators and brokers and taken (in our opinion) the best from their work we have developed our own system of work with the clients aimed at the maximum qualitative meeting of the needs of each of our Customers.
Only each Customer’s personal manager is working with him on all the requests coming from him, which enables you to:

Preserve maximum confidentiality of any information, which may be necessary for the preparation of the flight;

Get acquainted with each other and communicate in the future with the immediate person, who is to organize charter flights for you;

Promptly and 24 hours a day receive any information on the flight first hand;
-
Get the maximum level of comfort during the flight, as only the manager in the know of all your requirements and tastes is capable of ensuring it.
On the whole, we are rendering you a sort of a personal assistant dealing professionally with your flights.
After getting the request your personal manager will:

In accordance with the task set offer you a maximum spectrum of aircrafts capable of making the flight with references to the concrete cost of each variant;

Tell you of the advantages and possible drawbacks of each of these offers;
-
Submit to you photos of cabins of the very planes he/she is offering;
-
Consult you professionally, if necessary, on the most appropriate variant of the proposed ones.
After the confirmation of the flight your personal manager will:

adjust with you the schedule of the aircraft movement along the path taking into account the schedule of the airports’ functioning;
-
reserve the chosen by you airplane for the dates you are interested in;
-
prepare for you all the necessary legal documentation on the flight organization;
-
inform you of the registration number of the aircraft, the name and contact data of your escort and other persons responsible for the flight;
-
submit to you for approval the food service menu served on board;
-
submit to you for approval a list of newspapers, magazines, films and other entertainments, which are to help you to have a good time on board.
At that your worries are over, and your personal manager will:

arrive at the airport two hours prior to the departure;
-
inform you of the weather conditions at the airports of departure and arrival and possible changes of the plane movement schedule;
-
control the preparation of the aircraft for the flight taking into account all the wishes expressed;
-
meet the passengers at the departure terminal;
-
escort the passengers to the waiting area;
-
control the whole process of tickets and luggage registration;
-
escort the passengers into the aircraft;
-
wish the passengers a pleasant journey.
During the flight your personal manager will:

Provide exact information on the actual schedule of movement and its changes in accordance with the wishes of passengers, weather conditions or any other circumstances;
-
Provide exact information on the actual path of movement in case of its change in accordance with the wishes of passengers, weather conditions or any other circumstances;
-
Help, if necessary, to organize the meeting of the passengers and their transfer to the point of destination.
