VIP lounges

VIP lounges are separate lounges for VIP passengers at airports, which are an important part of the system brought into being to separate people of mark from the flow of routine passengers, create special most comfortable conditions of waiting for one’s flight and doing organization, customs and border formalities.  Airport VIP lounges are situated in the same buildings as the main departure areas but they are separated from the main passenger flow. Most VIP lounges have their own parking areas and parking lots, possess their own check-in counters, customs clearance and border control desks. Cafes and bars, souvenir and perfume shops, cozy rooms for recreation equipped with the most modern video- and audio devices and also friendly and attentive personnel are always at the passengers’ service working around the clock.

A standard set of services rendered by a VIP lounge comprises:

1. Registration of passengers and luggage at the specially assigned for the purpose registration counters.

2. Out of turn customs clearance and border control.

3. Individual escort of passengers from the VIP lounge to the aircraft parking place, organization of the passenger boarding and loading of the luggage into the plane.

4. Individual meeting of the passengers leaving the plane and their escort to the airport VIP lounge.

5. Unloading of the luggage from the plane, its transportation and dispensing to the passengers.

6. Execution of carriage documentation.

7. Providing the passengers with the necessary information on the departures/arrivals.

8. Providing the passengers free of charge with newspapers and magazines in Russian and in foreign languages.

9. Rendering TV services.

10. Providing the passengers with food, soft and strong drinks in assortment for extra charge.

11. Providing emergency medical service.
